Welcome to Toolz.live. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at toolz.liveand the tools offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is published and operated by Opus Tech under the name Toolz.live ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at toolz@opustech.net.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your use of the Service
You may use Toolz.live for any lawful personal, educational, or commercial purpose, free of charge. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to process or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights;
- Use the Service for harassment, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or any other harmful activity;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or any of its infrastructure;
- Resell or redistribute the Service as your own;
- Bypass any technical measures we use to protect the Service.
4. Your content
The files, text, and images you process with our tools are yours. Because everything runs locally in your browser, we never receive or store the content you process. You alone are responsible for what you do with the output.
5. Intellectual property
The Toolz.live name, logo, website design, and the source code we author are our property and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the purposes described in these Terms.
Some open-source libraries are used under their respective licenses; credit to their authors.
6. Third-party content, ads & affiliate links
The site may display advertisements from third-party networks. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for the content of those ads or any sites they link to. Engage with ads at your own discretion.
Affiliate links. Some blog posts on this site contain affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the merchant at no additional cost to you. Articles containing affiliate links display a visible disclosure notice at the top of the article. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that merchant — their terms, pricing, warranty, delivery, refund and support policies apply, and we are not a party to the transaction and accept no liability for it.

We do our best to keep every tool working correctly, but we don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of using any tool will meet your requirements. Always keep a backup of important files before processing them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolz.live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months — which, since the Service is free, is zero.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toolz.live from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply closing the tab.
11. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may add, remove or change features at any time. We may also update these Terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of the Service are based, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
